This research documentary comes from the findings of the RIDERS national research project on food-delivery platforms based in Spain (PID 2020-115170RB-100) funded by Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, together with the National Research Agency. The principal investigator, the anthropologist Dr. Maribel Casas-Cortés, is a Ramón y Cajal research fellow funded by the same entities, plus the European Social Fund - Invests in your future (2018-024990-I), currently based at the Psychology and Sociology Department, University of Zaragoza (UNIZAR).
This is a research-transfer activity based on delivery platforms based on ethnographic fieldwork conducted in the city of Zaragoza during 2022-2024 by several researchers, including Dr.Jose Ángel Bergua and Dr. Maribel Casas-Cortés as co-producers, with the participation of Dr. Paula González Granados, Dr. Ana Lucía Hernández Cordero and Dr. Laura Moya. The audio-visual direction and realization is in charge by video producer and anthropologist Dr. Andrea Lolicato.
